Irving Skipper took most of these photos, then he and his older sister, Thelma, posed for the photo on the left. I believe the man in the photo on the right is Leland Hiatt, Irving's wife's brother-in-law. Thelma and Irving were the first two children of James Arthur "Jim" Skipper, Sr. and Mayola Josephine "Jo" Noland. Jim was the son of David James Skipper and Mary Catherine Dillon. Jo, or Josie, was the daughter of William Franklin Noland and Sarah Matilda Beaty. Irving was 55 at the time this photo was made and Thelma was 58.

Leland Hiatt married Zelma Livingston. Zelma was the older sister of Nila Livingston, who married Irving Skipper.

I don't know who the woman is. Perhaps someone can help me out.

This is Billy Skipper again; this time with his mother. He is in the same Skipper generation as my children. His great grandfather, John Quincy Skipper, was my grandfather's older brother.
